Freedom: ethical pillar and goal

“The advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people” (United Nations, 1948). Freedom, as written in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights , is the most important goal of human life, that every country, society and should promote across the population and that should be respected by every human. However, the complexity of the concept of "freedom" makes it difficult to have a common idea about what freedom scientifically is. In common sense, freedom is "the condition of being able or allowed to do, say, think, etc. whatever you want to, without being controlled or limited" (Cambridge Dictionary, 2013). Identity is what is said

In the science of uncertainty , each element is the result of the interaction (Heisenberg, 1927) and this interaction can be described (Turchi G.P., 2016). When someone talks about a subject, it is added to this subject another element which interacts: words. These pose themselves as reagents, that go to create a new uncertain situation and to modify the entity of the phenomenon. The level at which the phenomenon is modified is dialogic/narrative (words). Although recent studies highlighted connections between language and neuronal development and so the interaction of words with the phenomenon could also be at another level, for the moment is considered only the aspect of speech. On the narrative level all kinds of phenomena can be studied: physical or not. In fact, for an object to exist at a dialogical level, it is sufficient to say anything referring to that object to form its dialogical identity.
