Let yourself observe

In the Method proposed , the first practice to do to start an educative project is the observation. This phase aims to understand the objectives of both users and context and the current situation in order to point out the gap between the two of them (Turchi, 2014). An important attitude towards observation is neutrality, but unfortunately some human brain activities obstacle a neutral observation. In the following paragraphs will be thus studied these mind-gaps, in order to find a way of reducing their effect on observation. Independently on if the kind of observation is systematic (structured) or naturalistic (observing the daily-day life), the observation proposed by the method concentrates on words. As words reflect the identity of what the intervention is on, they are the object of interest.
