Child-sized human rights
Assuming that the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) (United Nations, 1989) discriminates children in terms of participation , in this article will be discussed new possible approaches to children and human rights. Will be given perspectives to build an inclusive system, which provides to children the best setting to live and develop. Both the critics and the advantages of the CRC will be considered to develop an ethical and feasible proposal. From this will be proposed educational practices to promote children participation. The elimination of children bias (as vulnerable and incompetent) is the first step to promote their participation. The proposal to do it consists in redacting a broader Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) which do not exclude anyone on the discriminatory criteria of age, but values individual diversity .
